Tony Little

Tony Little is the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at LA Semiconductor, bringing three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry to his leadership role. Though new to the Pocatello site—having joined in early 2025—Tony’s extensive background in operations, engineering, and equipment support positions him well to lead LA Semiconductor into its next phase of growth.

Tony began his semiconductor career in 1996 as a Field Service Engineer with Canon USA, where he quickly progressed to managing and supporting 19 lithography tools for ZiLOG in Nampa. His hands-on expertise and deep technical knowledge laid the foundation for a successful move to Micron Technology in 2004, where he worked across both Boise and Nampa fabs in roles ranging from metrology engineer to tool owner for ASML systems.

In 2014, Tony joined onsemi at the Nampa fab, where his leadership continued to grow, eventually overseeing fab engineering and equipment management. He played a key role in building high-performing teams and driving engineering innovation until his departure in 2025.
