LA Semiconductor is a US-owned semiconductor foundry located in Pocatello, Idaho, that specializes in the fabrication of Analog, Mixed Signal, and Power products. With advanced manufacturing capabilities and a strong commitment to quality, the company is at the forefront of developing innovative semiconductor technologies.

Founded in 1970 in Pocatello, ID, American Microsystems later rebranded as AMIS and went public in 2005. On Semiconductor, now onsemi, acquired the AMIS fabs, enhancing the 200mm line with discrete products. LA Semiconductor LLC acquired the Pocatello site, creating a US-owned foundry for linear, analog, and power products.
