Pat Sedlmayer is a seasoned leader with 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including 26 years at LA Semiconductor in Pocatello. As Vice President of Product Marketing and Co-General Manager, Pat is responsible for driving the company’s product strategies, marketing initiatives, and business operations to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership.

Over the course of his career at LA Semiconductor and its predecessor companies—AMI, AMIS, and onsemi—Pat has held a wide range of roles, including Fab Shift Manager, Customer Service Manager, Master Planner, Financial Controller, Product Line Manager, and Director of Product Marketing. This broad experience gives him a deep, cross-functional understanding of the business. Pat is known for developing and executing effective Go-to-Market strategies, driving product differentiation, and aligning product development with customer needs.
