With a strong commitment to customer success and a culture grounded in collaboration and accountability, our leadership is shaping the future of U.S.-based semiconductor manufacturing.  

Pat Sedlmayer

Vice President of Marketing & Co-General Manager

Pat Sedlmayer is a seasoned leader with 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including 26 years at LA Semiconductor in Pocatello. As Vice President of Product Marketing and Co-General Manager, Pat is responsible for driving the company’s product strategies, marketing initiatives, and business operations to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership.

Tony Little

Vice President of Production & Co-General Manager

Tony is the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at LA Semiconductor, bringing three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry to his leadership role. Though new to the Pocatello site—having joined in early 2025—Tony’s extensive background in operations, engineering, and equipment support positions him well to lead LA Semiconductor into its next phase of growth.

Dan Rogers

Device Engineering & TRD Manager

Dan serves as the Device Engineering and TRD Manager at LA Semiconductor, bringing over 32 years of deep technical expertise in the semiconductor industry—all of them at the Pocatello, Idaho 200mm fab. Beginning his career at AMI Semiconductor as an Implant and Etest Engineer, Dan has spent his entire professional journey immersed in the world of semiconductor device physics and parametric testing.

Heather Casper

Fab Manager

Heather brings 20 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience to her role as FAB Manager at LA Semiconductor—all of which she has spent at this site. Over the course of her career, she has built deep expertise in fabrication operations, leading high-performing engineering and technician teams across multiple process areas.

Ted Harvala

Director of Finance

Ted is the Director of Finance at LA Semiconductor, bringing 23 years of financial and operational leadership within the semiconductor industry, all at the Pocatello site. Prior to joining the company, Ted served in the U.S. Army and worked in the aluminum industry, experiences that shaped his disciplined, results-driven approach to business.

Brandon Riebeek

Quality & Reliability Manager

Brandon is a seasoned leader with 17 years of experience in the semiconductor industry—all of them spent at LA Semiconductor, where he currently serves as Director of Quality & Reliability. In this role, he brings together engineering, manufacturing, and business functions to deliver innovative solutions that meet rigorous technical standards while driving commercial growth.

Jim Spears

Director of Human Resources

Jim is the Director of Human Resources at LA Semiconductor, bringing 4 years of dedicated leadership to the site and over two decades of HR experience in diverse, fast-paced environments. His background spans a variety of organizations—from innovative startups to established global tech companies—including SAS Institute, Applied Science Fiction, Polycom, and Idaho State University.

Joe Trogden

Facilities Manager

Joe serves as Facilities Manager at LA Semiconductor, bringing 14 years of experience in facilities operations within the semiconductor industry—all at this site. He oversees the critical infrastructure that supports manufacturing, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency across all facilities systems.
