Before joining LA Semiconductor, Joe held roles with Johnson Controls and Source Refrigeration & HVAC, where he gained extensive experience in mechanical systems, HVAC, and industrial facilities management. His background in complex building systems, coupled with a hands-on leadership approach, enables him to drive continuous improvements in facility performance and uptime.
